Explanation
Tax = the average deduction that the bookmaker takes from each seperate game (see Betting School).
Average Odds = the average taken from all bookmakers odds in the list.
Spread = the highiest avaible odds for each result.
Ranking
Bookmakers who have the highest odds on home or away get 1 point. Bookmakers who have the highest odds on draw get ½ point.
If a bookmaker ends with 0 points 2 weeks in a row, they will be eliminated from the list.
